Demos

The F in FRAVE (Flexibility of the FRAVE)

This is a rough reference implementation.

Start:

- Switch on the Tracking system

- FRAVE0: Go to Demos/AppFRAVE

- run: startXXX

- get the marker target from the black shelf - this is our eye-point

Terminate:

- Right click on window and EXIT only termiantes the process on frave0

- execute: killXXX

- switch off tracking system

please put marker back to black shelf

 

Fly by Phone over the Terrain

- Go to the folder /home/ituepferl/Demos/Terrain3D

- Connect FRAVE0 to FMI wireless and update the "ANDROID SERVER" IP in the file Config.cfg if it is different

-Run the script in the same folder "start-xxxx.sh" (xxxx depending on the FRAVE nodes being used)

- Connect the Android phone to FMI wireless

- Run the APP "NavigationV1.2" on the Android phone

- Set the APP Network Settings IP to the IP from FRAVE0

- Steer and fly with the phone over the Terrain

Hand control the Particles

- Go to folder : /home/ituepferl/Demos/ParticlesGLEQ_Kinect
- Connect to FMI WIFI and write the IP in the config.cfg file in the same folder ParticlesGLEQ_Kinect
  (because the kinect client and the ParticlesGL server communicates through socket)
- Run the start-0xxx.sh (Depending on the nodes being used)
- Hand gestures: (circles for probes translation, swipe to right to introduce new probes, click to select new probes, swipe both hands up and vertially and Horizontally to rotate the cavity)
